Drafting documents such as Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Documents.
Representing clients in Family and Domestic Violence Courts.
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in family law in Australia.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A Practicing Certificate, or the ability to immediately apply for and be granted a Practicing Certificate in Queensland.
