Help shape the future of how the City of Melville delivers services to our community.
The City of Melville is embarking on an exciting Customer Experience Reimagined (Cx R) Project, implementing a new enterprise CRM system that will transform how we connect with and support our community.
To make this change a success, we're looking for an experienced Change Lead to guide staff, leaders, and stakeholders through this journey.
Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
Salary: $130,000 pro-rata p.a.
+ 12% Super
Employment Type: 18-Month Contract, Full Time
What You'll Be Doing

Lead the City's change management strategy and plan for the CRM implementation
Partner with leaders to foster engagement, minimise resistance and drive adoption
Ensure staff are supported with the right communications, training and tools
Embed a customer-first culture and lasting behavioural change across the organisation

What We're Looking For

A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
A proven track record leading change in large, complex projects (CRM or enterprise systems highly regarded)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
Hands-on experience designing and delivering training, communications and change readiness activities
A passion for enabling people to embrace change and continuously improve
