Your focus will be to deliver and execute the strategic plan, work closely with the leadership team, while protecting and serving our people to ensure we and they are equipped to achieve their objectives and goals.

What you will own; Oversee and optimise operations across our Property Management, Sales, and Investment divisions Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance systems Systemise processes, implement automation, and scale operations Drive accountability across a high-performance, values-led team Partner directly with the Founder to bring the 36-month growth plan to life Be the most accountable and driven person across the group of companies Essential; Proven experience as an Operations Manager, GM, or similar in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of Real Estate operations (property management or sales background ideal) Obsessed with culture, efficiency and results Not afraid to think like an owner, challenge the status quo, and build systems from scratch Comfortable with accountability, KPIs, and building teams around performance Can balance high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution What's In It For You; $150,000 per annum package plus super and performance bonuses Structured path to profit share or equity for the right candidate, after 12 months of achieving the growth plans Direct mentorship from the Founder and senior leadership Be part of a brand that's changing the game in Australian Real Estate Who We Are; The Property Group is a values-led real estate business with a mission to transform how people experience Real Estate.
