Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and analyse financial reports, forecasts and budget submissions.
Monitor and interpret financial performance, providing insights to support effective planning and resource allocation.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reconciliations.
Provide input into long-term financial planning, including capital expenditure and asset management.
Support internal stakeholders with financial modelling, business cases, and cost-benefit analysis.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiency opportunities and enhance reporting accuracy.
Ideal Background: Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst or Management Accountant position.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
High level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience working in a regulated or public-sector environment is beneficial but not essential.
