We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Experience (PX) Generalist to join our rapidly growing team.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, this role will be instrumental in supporting our diverse workforce across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment and possess a strong understanding of HR practices within Australia and various Asian markets.
What you'll do: Employee Relations & Support: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the APAC region, addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Administration: Manage various HR administrative processes, including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data management, leave administration, and policy implementation for APAC.
Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts in the APAC region, including assisting with job descriptions, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies across APAC.
Performance Management: Support the implementation and ongoing management of performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and regulations across Australia and other relevant APAC countries.
Research and stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation.
HR Project Work: Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness within the APAC region.
Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global HR teams and local stakeholders to ensure consistent HR practices and alignment with company-wide strategies.
Other duties as assigned Required qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with a significant portion in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Demonstrated experience supporting employees across Australia and at least two other distinct Asian countries (e.g., Singapore, India, Japan, China, etc.).
Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others Preferred qualifications: Experience working for a global company with a distributed workforce.
Experience with UKG Pro, Costpoint Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
