Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Australian Funerals, this role forms part of the Australian Funerals Senior Leadership Team.
The General Manager, NSW/ACT Funerals is a key role and requires an accomplished senior leader with a broad range of skills, which include, multi-site people leadership, business development, strategic and operational delivery, and full P&L responsibility.
Key deliverables for this position are:

Creating and fostering a high-performance culture
Delivering industry high standards
Producing exceptional customer experiences
Increasing market share across your region
Leveraging operational efficiencies.

To succeed in this role, you'll be a customer-centric and growth-oriented leader who combines a track record of delivering strong results with a genuine commitment to supporting and empowering others.
You will need to display your empathetic style and be commercially astute.
Your success in delivering outstanding customer service through a geographically dispersed workforce is paramount.
Proven experience in leading and inspiring through other leaders will be essential.
