What will your typical day look like? As a Manager in our Melbourne team, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the business.
Working with our Directors and Partners, you will be responsible for leading the team and delivering to clients while managing workflow and growing the business.
You will also oversee the performance, careers, and development of a talented staff group.
Some of the key responsibilities of our managers include: Supporting Partners and Directors in managing and delivering complex client engagements across a diverse portfolio of successful private entities, including high net worth individuals, start-ups, and family groups.
Collaborating with clients to understand their complete business needs, focusing on providing impactful and meaningful solutions.
Taking leadership roles within engagements and client accounts, and maintaining and building relationships at a senior level (with support).
Managing the workflow and productivity of your team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric environment.
Being a role model who inspires others to embrace and live our purpose and values.
Playing a key coaching role to team members on engagements and more formally as a Career Coach.

You are an experienced Tax professional passionate about managing and developing talent within the team.
You will also possess the following skills and attributes: Prior experience advising private clients within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm A strong client focus to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and engagements simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach Relevant CA qualification or equivalent is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
