Unlock your potential with a dynamic role in our Private Tax Services team. As a manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of entrepreneurial start-ups, established private businesses, and high net worth individuals and families.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, including:

  • Managing a portfolio of diverse growth clients featuring privately owned corporate groups, privately owned businesses, high net worth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.
  • Overseeing tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assisting on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Collaborating with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in tax consulting and work on a variety of challenging projects.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in Tax Consulting, preferably in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm or legal firm.
  • Proven experience in managing junior staff and their development.
  • Advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to corporate groups, individuals, or trusts.
