The Role: As Executive Manager, you will oversee strategic operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, fostering partnerships, and driving innovation in regional disability support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage regional operations, ensuring service excellence and sustainability.
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families, staff, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant legislation.
Drive financial sustainability, including budgeting and day-to-day financial management.
Drive innovation and operational excellence across diverse service offerings.
Champion a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, staff development, and being valued and supported.
Build on strong relationships with government, communities, and sector stakeholders to advocate for people with disability.
About You: Proven leadership experience in disability, health, or community services.
Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred service delivery.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to social impact.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services, business, or related fields.
