About the role As our Florist Manager, you'll be the heart of our Adelaide operations Here's a peek at what you'll be doing: Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Leading, coaching, and inspiring our team of florists, drivers, and support staff in line with our company values.
Keeping an eye on performance and product quality, always striving for improvement.
Managing stock levels, working closely with our buying team, and ensuring our flowers are kept fresh and beautiful.
Coordinating deliveries and maintaining good relationships with our couriers.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like product quality, labour costs, delivery times, and stock levels.
Planning and managing big events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Keeping our Camden Park location looking its best and ensuring a safe working environment.
What You'll Bring: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills – you're a natural at keeping things running like clockwork Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're a people person Customer-focused with great attention to detail and eye for quality A passion for flowers.
A self-motivated, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
