Your new role:
Provide vital administrative support to the Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient waitlist management, and excellent customer service to support smooth clinical operations.
Manage patient data and waitlists using specialist health systems
Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, staff, and the public
Perform general administration tasks like filing, typing, and reporting
Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain quality
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
About you:
A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting healthcare services.
Proven experience in healthcare or specialist outpatient administration
High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
