This role involves developing and executing testing strategies, ensuring compliance, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the payroll testing strategy for SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Coordinate communication among business SMEs, testing teams, and leadership.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including PPRT.
Provide insights on payroll configuration and testing risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Review testing artifacts and promote continuous quality improvement.
Key Requirements: Experience leading large-scale SAP Payroll projects.
Deep understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and reporting, especially PPRT.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills at an executive level.
Experience managing testing teams in hybrid or remote work environments.
Ideal Candidate: A strategic leader with hands-on payroll expertise, attention to detail in testing, and the ability to lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
