Senior Data Analyst - Loyalty Program Specialist

This exciting role involves leading a team of data analysts in the design, measurement, and optimization of our loyalty program. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial analytics, customer lifecycle dynamics, and loyalty product development.

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in delivering actionable insights to support the evolution of our loyalty travel products. This includes analyzing redemption behavior, breakage, and margin to optimize product design and commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics. They will also have experience leading analytics teams, with a focus on loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will be able to bring both commercial rigor and member-centric thinking to loyalty product development and analytics. They will also have experience in coaching and developing analytical talent and contributing in cross-functional teams.
