Restaurant Manager Opportunity - Roma Adelaide


We're excited to be partnering with Roma Adelaide and Sprout Food Group to find an exceptional Restaurant Manager for their vibrant CBD venue


About Roma: Located in the heart of Adelaide CBD (11 Waymouth Street), Roma offers a unique dining experience combining: The Restaurant - premium casual dining; The Piazza - Rome-inspired bar atmosphere; The Delicatessen - quick gourmet options


What makes this role special
  • You'll be supported by an Operations Manager who handles rostering and provides ongoing coaching
  • Head office support for marketing, HR, events, and finance - letting you focus on what matters most
  • Tremendous growth opportunities within the expanding Sprout Food Group
  • Build community through the unique Piazza concept

You\'ll be perfect if you have
  • 3-5 years restaurant/hospitality management experience
  • Experience leading FOH teams (10+ staff)
  • Background in fine dining or premium casual environments
  • Current RSA, Food Safety certification
  • Passion for exceptional customer experiences

What you\'ll love
  • Leading a culture focused on outstanding guest experiences
  • Working closely with the head chef and the events team
  • Contributing to menu and cocktail development
  • Building collaboration between FOH and BOH teams
  • Closed Sundays (work-life balance)

Salary: $75-80k + depending on experience
