Job Description Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
Provide expert advice on employee relations and workplace policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organisation.
Drive performance management processes and professional development programs.
Collaborate on organisational change and culture-building projects.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
The Successful Applicant A successful People Business Partner should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices.
Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
What's on Offer Competitive salary package ranging from AUD 120,000 to AUD 150,000.
