Customer Banking Team Leader

As part of our united financial services group — My State Bank, Auswide Bank, Self Co, and TPT Wealth — you'll help shape exceptional banking experiences for our customers and empower your team to thrive.
In this role, you'll lead a team, providing daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure high quality service across all customer touchpoints - in-branch, over the phone, and online.
You'll play a hands on role in customer interactions, especially in resolving complex enquiries and complaints, while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop others.
Experience in banking, lending, or managing customer-facing teams is highly regarded.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, access to Linked In Learning, and a collaborative team environment where your leadership will make a real impact.
