Musts: A sound understanding of automotive parts and sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate computing skills would be an advantage.
Accurate and have exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that will require multi-tasking at times.
Have the ability to work autonomously and within a small team.
Take directions and accurately follow them without supervision.
Work well in a team environment.
Well presented.
Your main responsibilities will include the following: Identify and interpret automotive parts/components, which includes consulting catalogs, and computer data.
Capability to pick without error and pack to ensure damage free; Sell, supply and order parts Answer phone and online sales inquiries for clients Invoice parts and raise back order invoices Quote freight and packaging for customer orders Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, including Saturday mornings.
