Job Description

As a skilled Automotive Technician, you will play a pivotal role in servicing and repairing luxury vehicles to the highest standards. You will work within a state-of-the-art workshop, carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, diagnose and repair vehicles in line with brand procedures and dealership standards.
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality work focusing on Fixed First Visit outcomes.
  • Maintain and exceed monthly productivity and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure professional communication and presentation aligned with the brand.
  • Adhere to all OH&S policies and ensure a clean, safe, organised workspace.
  • Stay current with technical literature, software, and training.
  • Support the training and mentoring of apprentices.
  • Accurately record all service and repair information for customer translation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Completion of a recognised automotive apprenticeship (mechanical or electrical trade).
  • Experience servicing and repairing luxury vehicles, or with another prestige/commercial dealership.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve service issues with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interpret complex service literature and software.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
