Richmond, Australia Core Talent Full time
I'm currently working with a highly regarded custom home builder who is looking to bring an experienced Draftsperson into their team.

The Role: As the Draftsperson, you'll be responsible for:

Producing accurate working drawings and documentation using Revit.
Translating client concepts and selections into build-ready plans.
Liaising with consultants and council to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Managing variations and custom design changes with precision.
Supporting the pre-construction team with technical expertise.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience drafting in the residential home building industry (ideally custom homes).
Revit proficiency - this is essential.
Strong knowledge of NCC, council requirements, and construction standards.
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

What's On Offer:

Join a well-established custom home builder with a strong pipeline of projects.
Opportunity to work on truly bespoke homes that showcase creativity and design excellence.
Competitive salary package, based on your experience.
A close-knit, supportive team culture with genuine career growth potential.
