**The opportunity**:
The Brand Collective Construction team is currently seeking a skilled Revit draftsperson with 3+ years (mid-level) experience who has the capability of working in the fast paced retail design field. Based in Richmond Melbourne, you would be working for the retailer directly as part of the in-house construction team across all our brands.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Undertake the store design drawing process from initial layout stages through to fully resolved & completed designs ready for tender including 2D & 3D renders
- Be guided on the store designs and work within a framework to deliver highly detailed drawings for all our brands.
- Additional drafting will be required from time to time (fixture designs, signage mock ups, hoarding graphic mock ups, office layouts / plans)

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Advanced Revit experience is essential
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- AutoCAD knowledge is essential
- Portfolio demonstrating documentation experience
- Knowledge of the BCA and local standards
- Suitable tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
- Background in retail design will be highly regarded
- Great creative skills & a keen eye for detail
- Great communication and time management skills
