Technical Draftsperson

As a skilled Technical Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in bringing client concepts to life through the creation of accurate working drawings and documentation.

• Responsibilities include producing high-quality technical drawings using Revit, liaising with consultants and council to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and managing variations and custom design changes with precision.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience drafting in the residential home building industry (ideally custom homes).
• Revit proficiency - this is essential.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, council requirements, and construction standards.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
