Queensland State Manager

We\u2019re a well-established company servicing the electrical wholesale industry, and we\u2019re currently offering a full-time position for a Queensland State Manager based in Brisbane/South East Queensland.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the Queensland external sales team and managing a small portfolio of key accounts.
You\u2019ll work closely with Senior Management to build a motivated, professional team that drives growth across the state.
We\u2019re looking for a driven individual who\u2019s ready to take ownership of the territory, strengthen relationships, and deliver results.
The Role Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate the external sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Manage a small portfolio of key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor pricing and discount structures to achieve sales and margin targets.
Prepare budgets, and reports for Senior Management.
Drive sales growth through product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate customer and competitor information within the CRM system.
To be successful you will need:4–5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role within a relevant industry.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results driven.
A tertiary qualification in engineering, business, or a trade background (preferred).
