In this pivotal role, you'll help lead a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of boutique operations.
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About YouA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
