Location - Melbourne, VIC
Salary - $110,000 - $160,000 + super

What You'll Be Doing:

Administering and managing contracts across a range of commercial projects
Assisting the Project Manager with procurement, scope management, and cost control
Preparing and reviewing variations, progress claims, and subcontractor agreements
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Contract Administrator (commercial projects preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
A team-oriented mindset with the drive to grow within a supportive business
