Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.As we continue to grow and expand we're looking for a PR & Influencer Coordinator (AU Market) to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be creative, obsessed with keeping up with the trends, as well as being a walking influencer library
Most importantly we are looking for someone that is well organised, has strong negotiation skills, is confident, has a can-do attitude and has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.If you have a proven track record in influencer marketing with strong negotiation skills, we'd love to hear from you.Main ResponsibilitiesWork hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our Australian Influencer programAssist with the development and execution of influencer activities within the Australian market.Constantly identify and onboard fresh and trending talent that aligns with White Fox's goals.Negotiating and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and giftedIdentify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with White Fox's brand identity, across all social media platforms.Liaising with the rest of the AU team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels relevant to the market.Bring proactive and innovative thinking to campaigns as well as strategy.Building new relationships and nurturing existing relationships with talent and managementDevelop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contractsDeliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.Proven experience with PR & Influencer marketing within the AUS marketKnowledge of the influencer landscape and current rates within the AUS market.Passionate about social media and influencer culture.Proven negotiation skills and contract management skillsProactive and highly organisedImpeccable written and verbal communicationImpeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationshipsAble to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast paced environmentHighly motivated, goal oriented and ambitiousAble to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Works well within a team, while also be hands on with the ability to work independentlyResults orientated and brand focused.Positive and upbeat attitudeOpportunity for growth within the PR and Influencer teamFun and supportive team cultureGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsTravelling for brand tripsFun events throughout the yearFull Access to our in office White Fox Active GymWorking with one of Australia's fastest growing fashion companies
