We're Hiring : Part-Time Bookkeeper (Xero Experience Essential)

Location : Footscray | Hours : Flexible, Part-Time | Start Date : ASAP

Are you a numbers whiz with a knack for staying organised? We're on the hunt for a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're confident using Xero accounting software and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Support with payroll and BAS preparation

Requirements :

  • Proven experience with Xero Accounting Software
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
