Founded in 2006 and based in Melbourne, Victoria, Heaton Instrumedics provides innovative products and services to Hospitals Australia wide. We currently have a vacancy for a Full or Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator.
Qualifications & experience
Bookkeeping experience with working knowledge of Xero
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bookkeeping / Office Administrative Role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
General Bookkeeping, Invoicing and Quoting to Customers
Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
Preparation of annual sales and financial reports.
BAS (QTR) / Payroll processing / STP / Superannuation reporting
Inventory and Stock Management
Booking of Courier and Freight
Maintaining Company's after Sales Service Records
General Office administrative duties
