We're looking for an experienced SEO & Content Strategy Manager to lead our growing team of creatives and drive content performance across platforms.
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a dynamic content strategy that fuels audience engagement, improves search rankings, and generates revenue.

Key Responsibilities;
• Manage a small team of writers, journalists, freelancers,
• Build and deliver a content strategy that aligns with business goals, drives KPIs, and supports growth across multiple channels and formats.
• Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, leads, content output, and engagement, continuously optimizing for ROI.
• Contribute to the launch and growth of new product lines, industry verticals (including but not limited to Solar, Roofing, and Home Renovation), and emerging platforms.
• Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, business goals, and evolving customer needs.
• Identify and assess partnership opportunities to extend the reach and impact of our content.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on performance metrics, hiring status, content planning, and strategic initiatives.
Experience;
• 8–10 years of experience in a senior-level content, digital marketing, or SEO-focused role with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing creative teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, online tools, and content strategy frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a sharp attention to detail.
