As part of this evolution, we're seeking a hands on, commercially sharp Head of Process Plant Projects to lead an experienced team of project managers delivering complex, high value EPC assignments worldwide.

This is a pivotal appointment, designed to strengthen execution, raise team capability, and set the foundations for long term leadership succession.

Why This Role?Own delivery of AUD 20 to 150m+ global projects in battery chemicals, mining, gas, and industrial sectors Coach and empower a strong PM team raising commercial acumen and execution discipline Shape how major modular projects are delivered from procurement through to customer handover Opportunity to progress into a Head of Operations (COO) role depending on growth and performance Lean, decisive execution model no bloated overhead, just real responsibility Global role with reasonable travel (approx.

25%)Your Contribution Lead and mentor project managers running complex modular EPC projects across global markets Provide escalation support on claims, procurement, and project strategy Drive commercial outcomes: ensure variations, extensions of time, and contractual rights are pursued Protect your PMs from distractions, keeping delivery on time, on budget, and on point Support the evolution of divisional P&L structures and long term operational scalability What You Bring15+ years' experience in complex EPC or modular plant delivery Strong grounding in project management with engineering qualifications (Mechanical, Process, or Electrical)Commercial instinct, able to lead claims, negotiations, and customer pushback when needed Past site or commissioning exposure to back up your leadership with credibility Experience managing project managers and leading a delivery function A direct, pragmatic, low ego leadership style built on trust, clarity, and accountability The Delivery Model Projects are fully executed in house; engineering, procurement, and modular construction offshore, before being shipped as plug and play systems.
