The Role & The Team As a Project Engineer – Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Readiness, you will be responsible for all aspects of O&M readiness within the Western Sydney International Airport (WSIA) Program, ensuring a smooth technical transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Reporting to the Technical Transition Manager within the Engineering & Technology Team, you will lead the development and delivery of all technical transition and O&M-related materials and artefacts.
This includes maintenance plans, work instructions, technical training materials, logistics support requirements and plans, configuration management, engineering change support, and contributions to verification and validation (V&V), commissioning, and overall O&M readiness activities.
This Role Will Include Perform systems engineering tasks in accordance with the Airservices' Technology Management Framework (TMF) and other relevant processes, policies and guidelines.
Develop maintenance and life-cycle logistic support plans.
Develop work processes and instructions.
Implement work processes within the CMMS (SAP, Service Now).
Support integration and testing activities.
Please See The Position Description For Further Information The Person To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Essential At least a tertiary engineering qualification that is accredited by Engineers Australia in the Professional Engineer Category.
Experience in Maintenance Engineering, with at least 3 years' experience in a leading position, and at least 3 of the following areas: ISO55001 ISO15288 RCM, FMECA, Maintenance Task Analysis, Maintenance optimisation process Use, Configure and implement CMMS (Such as SAP, Service Now, Maximo)Project Engineering – in design, construction, commissioning and technical readiness Managing engineering changes Preferable CPEng, NER, CAMAHeld a previous Project Engineering position, within the Aviation, Rail, Oil & Gas, or Utilities industries.
