Job Description for Maintenance Engineer in Adelaide Engineering in Mechanical or Instrumentation / Electrical with experience in the Oil & Gas domain for Upstream / Midstream or Refinery Plant Maintenance.
Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management, including asset updates, maintenance updates, and document updates in SAP.
Strong knowledge of SAP PM module - technical and functional aspects.
Thorough understanding of engineering documents (P&ID, work instructions, data sheets, etc.) and operations of O&G operators.
Experience in maintenance & operations.
Reliability training or experience.
Understanding of SAP-based developments (CDS views, queries).
Knowledge of automated tools (LSMW or others).
Responsibilities and Expectations Serve as a focal point between the customer and remote teams, coordinating delivery and quality control.
Assist the maintenance team with SAP data extractions, report generation, and user testing.
Support team with maintenance data extracts and develop templates to facilitate automation (SAP ready templates).
Mentor team members and clarify change requests from the business.
Coordinate with site teams and work with maintenance planning, reliability engineering, projects, operations, and HSE.
Develop KPIs and reports for senior management.
Carry out projects related to data improvements and migrations.
