Capstone is assisting in sourcing a highly capable Senior Development Manager to join the team at Bringelly and take a lead role in driving this next chapter.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of developments across residential, retail and commercial sectors.
This is a rare chance to work end-to-end on long-term projects that will define the future of the Western Parkland City.
Immediate responsibilities will include: Managing the planning and delivery of a 350-lot residential project, including integrated housing and open space.
Overseeing the delivery of a commercial development in the local area.
Taking an active role in joint venture projects, including the a major estate development with its future town centre.
Coordinating the design and consultant team across subdivisions, dwellings, and infrastructure.
Acting as superintendent/project manager during construction phases.
Liaising with builders, contractors, authorities, and JV partners.
Preparing feasibilities, cashflows, and project reports.
Contributing to pricing, marketing, and business development strategies.
About You We are looking for a hands-on, commercially astute professional who is excited by the challenge of working across diverse, large-scale projects.
Experience: 10–15 years in property development, with proven success across residential, retail, and/or mixed-use sectors.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of subdivision design and delivery, construction management, and project feasibilities.
Mindset: Hands-on, accountable, and collaborative – with the drive to take ownership of project outcomes.
Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex approvals and delivery processes.
Edge: Retail and medium-density residential experience will be highly regarded.
