The Opportunity Our client is looking to add an Operations Support Manager to their South Australia Team as they continue to service their maintenance contracts across the state.
The role is based in-office in Adelaide, in a full time and permanent position, Monday-Friday.
There is quarterly travel expected to be complete with the State Manager across our client's regional offices throughout the state.
This is a pivotal, people-focused role with real impact, supporting workorder allocations & delivery, office operations, and business performance across the state.
About the Role You'll lead a small operations support team and work closely with regional and senior managers to ensure service delivery aligns with contract KPIs.
From managing the flow of work orders to preparing reports and driving continuous improvement, your influence will be felt across the business.
You'll be the go-to for operational escalation, governance meetings, contractor onboarding, and everything in between.
