Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In Help create and manage content calendars and collaborate with wider marketing team Monitor platform performance, analytics, community sentiment, and audience engagement Track cultural trends in finance, NRL, and small business Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, to help build strong communities Provide monthly reporting to demonstrate impact of content.
Experience & Skills Required: Extensive knowledge of Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In including the latest trends3 - 5 years experience in social media coordination/management Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation Proficient in video editing software and creating polished content (preferred but not essential)Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with scheduling tools and media monitoring - Meltwater (preferred but not essential)Copywriting skills
