This work involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
The ideal Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.
The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

You can become a Customer Service Reviewer and provide valuable feedback to our clients Responsibilities Visit retail outlets and assess store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
Pose as a customer and complete a detailed online survey about the experience.
Qualifications Good eye for detail and memory Reliable with strong communication skills Access to the internet Notes Number of assignments depends on availability, location, travel willingness, flexibility and reliability.
Estimated survey duration ranges from 10 minutes to 1 hour per assignment.
