Position: Assistant Store Manager - Northlakes You will support the Store Manager in achieving overall success, co-leading the team to create a thriving store environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: Leading by example to foster a customer-centric culture and memorable shopping experience Developing your team to meet sales, profit, and productivity goals Transforming the store through visual merchandising to attract and delight customers Overseeing store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial efficiency Managing stock in a fast-paced environment to ensure availability for customers Monitoring sales performance, recognizing achievements, and identifying improvement opportunities Collaborating with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit retail professionals Note: Roster rotates fortnightly.
