Role: Assistant Store Manager - Mount Gravatt You will support the Store Manager in achieving overall success and co-lead the team to create a successful store environment.
Daily Responsibilities: Lead by example to foster a customer-centric culture and enhance the store experience Develop your team to meet sales, profit, and productivity goals Utilize visual merchandising skills to make the store attractive and inviting Manage store rostering and wage expenses efficiently Oversee stock management in a fast-paced environment Monitor sales performance, recognize achievements, and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit retail professionals Note: Rotating fortnightly roster.
