The role Based in their Sydney office, they are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Associate to work with a leading Partner in the energy sector on renewable generation, energy storage, energy network development and new technology solutions.
You'll contribute to transactional, project and advisory work, primarily on renewable and gas sector projects.
You will also work on broader transactional work within the highly regarded corporate and commercial team.
As part of this firm, you will collaborate with both Australian and international businesses, organisations, and governments.
About you You will have 4-8 years PAE with substantial corporate, commercial or projects experience.
Additionally, you will have: A client-focussed approach with an ability to create consistently great outcomes, Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail, The ability to learn new concepts quickly, The ability to work in a team and build relationships seamlessly.
