We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a passion for solar farm projects on both the East & West Coast. As a key player, you'll manage and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

You'll lead diverse teams, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to Australia's clean energy future. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, take on leadership roles, and work on long-term high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of solar farm projects from initial design to final commissioning.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with talented engineers, stakeholders, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to prevent any setbacks.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, helping them develop skills and grow professionally.
  • Oversee compliance with Australian Standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Regularly review progress and report updates to senior management to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creative solutions and new ideas.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success.
  • Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver results under pressure.
  • A passion for the environment and renewable energy solutions.
