Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, implement necessary policy changes, and ensure workplace inclusivity and fairness.
  • Assist managers in managing performance-related matters and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Mediate conflicts between employees and between employees and management, striving to find mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, adhering to privacy guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in employee relations or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Appropriate handling of confidential information with professionalism
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Business acumen and the capability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and adept at multitasking
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HCM software
