About the team

The Technology Coordination team will oversee the ASC Technology Group's program management process and delivery complex technology projects across the organisation and sporting system. It will have responsibility for managing technology project budgets and project governance functions of the Group.

About the role

Working with the Assistant Director, Technology Coordination you will provide valuable delivery practice support across Technology Group projects, while maintaining the Front Door mailbox and assisting the facilitation of information to support asset and resource management.

You will work collaboratively across the Technology Group to assist to deliver the Group's program of work and ensure accessible technology solutions for the ASC and sport sector.

About you

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic professional with a can do attitude, a propensity for a challenge, and independently applies themselves to support teammates and improve practice. The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of project management, request fulfilment, and procurement and asset inventory support in a Government context.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years proven experience in similar roles.
  • Understanding and experience with creating, storing and cataloguing documents in
  • SharePoint repository.
  • Demonstrable experience successfully responding to queries and requests in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience supporting asset lifecycle management and procurement practices for Government.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
