Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile teams in delivering software projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, focusing on security integration.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve timely and successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices to ensure security is embedded in the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster strong communication between development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of DevSecOps practices.
