Senior Advocate- Claims Solutions

We will count on you to:

  • Provide clients with optimum first class claims advocacy within in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Support Brokers in the management of clients insurance and claims portfolios.
  • Effective management of Underwriters, Service Providers and Key Stakeholders to ensure our Clients receive their full policy entitlements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Brokers and Clients to support retention and new business acquisition.
  • Implement and localise broader Claims strategy.
  • Assist in the retention of existing business through delivering superior Claims Advocacy.
  • Support new business opportunities across the range of offerings for targeted clients.
  • Ensure our services and programs continue to meet with their needs and expectations.
  • Apply and utilise your extensive understanding of all major classes of insurance with the company offers to its clients.
  • Interpret policy wordings & analysis claims history.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in property, liability and complex claims management.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external and internal clients senior executives.
  • Experience in working with insurers within the Australian Insurance market.
  • Have a collaborative approach to your work.
  • Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent decision making and negotiation skills with the ability to influence.

  • Mature in outlook and strength of character to discuss complex issues with senior leaders and carry out meetings with confidence.
