On offer is multiple APS4 Customer Service Officer positions within a prominent Federal Government department based in the Northern Suburbs

$44p/h + super Full time hours Monday - Friday Long term contract with high chances of extension
Please note: To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline Clearance.

The role:

The Customer Service Officer role requires candidates that can work as part of a team contributing to a whole of government service. In this role candidates need a strong background in customer service/service delivery with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes in work priorities.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

Responding to phone and email security clearance related enquiriesProcessing and transacting security clearance related productsWorking collaboratively within a diverse team and work environmentOngoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge
Ideal Candidate:

Demonstrated ability to operate and produce high quality customer service outcomes in a fast paced environment with competing prioritiesStrong communication skills to support a diverse range of stakeholdersDeveloped interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and adhoc tasksHigh level computer literacy, with demonstrated ability to learn new systems
