Responsibilities:Analyse and document current payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for the new payroll system.Develop detailed business and functional specifications for the payroll system.Liaise with IT and software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system requirements. Provide training and support to end-users during and after system implementation.Monitor the system post-implementation to identify any issues and ensure smooth operation.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with payroll systemsStrong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficient in project management and documentation tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
