We are seeking a
Procurement Analyst to join the team on a full time basis based at Cremorne.

Reporting to the Reporting and Analytics Manager, the Procurement Analyst will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to determine their business needs and provide procurement reports and insights to inform procurement decisions and assist in the development of innovative procurement and category management strategies, policies and processes.

In addition, some of your core responsibilities will include:

• Support the collecting, cleaning, and organising procurement data from various sources and perform data validation for migrated data where required.
• Analyse and interpret a wide range of supplier and organisational information and develop reports, forecasts and advice to inform and support procurement planning and decisionmaking.
• Research and analyse supply markets to determine market trends to identify opportunities and inform sourcing strategies.
• Develop, assess and provide reports for the effective management of supplier performance and to track and report on benefits delivered.
• Review of spend categories, spend analytics and contract portfolios to identify sourcing opportunities complete with thorough risk assessments.
• Provide analytical reporting for key deliverables, plans, programmes and KPI's as required.
• Contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement and actively contributing to a culture of comradery and teamwork

About you:

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical and modelling skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in standard business tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with PowerBI for creating data analytics and reports
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with SAPECC
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including the ability to identify issues and develop solutions to complex business issues.
• Outstanding organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks, meet tight deadlines and to work in an independent, flexible manner where required.
• Enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality of the highest order and a high level of personal integrity
