On offer is a full time Monday to Friday day shift 8:30am start and training across various areas that will add to your skill set.

Main duties

Liaise directly with suppliers providing information/purchase orders/setting delivery
schedules.Ensure engineering has completed quality check on BOM's, drawings and production
requirements before supplier orders and production commences.Review and negotiate price listing and lead times with suppliers.Ensure cash sale orders paid before production commences.Generate job instructions cards and issue to Operations Administrator.Manage serial number register.Handling internal stock transfers.Generating delivery dockets for supply chain procurement.Goods receipting for all major suppliers into ERP.Understand the MRP and set MRP parameters based on sales forecasts.Based on sales forecasts manage and monitor long lead time production items to ensure
inventory quantities.Plan for inventory stock take and cycle counts.Updating the GIRR invoice purchases.Sourcing new suppliers for inventory itemsAnswering queries from different business sections.Maintain and source up to date price listings and provide detailed analysis.Ad-hoc administrative support.Assisting the operations team with administration tasks.Assisting the warehouse with light packing or dispatch duties.
