Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care and efficiency.Guide clients through accessing the organisation's services, providing necessary information and support throughout the process.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, prioritising confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.Contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery by providing feedback and assisting in implementing process enhancements as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking and task prioritisation.A compassionate and client-centred approach, coupled with a sincere commitment to supporting individuals and families in need.Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software, with a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
