RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of AML investigations and reporting of financial crimes like Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team with minimal supervision.Coaching and developing staff to build cohesion between support functions and production teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and stakeholder engagement.Capable of planning, organising, and prioritising tasks for oneself and direct reports.Proactive in solving problems and proposing sustainable business solutions.Skilled in data analysis and interpretation of operational and quality metrics.
