About the role:

  • Email and phone correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Disbursement of outgoing payments
  • Credit Allocations (investigating)
  • Navigating multiple financial and client software/systems

About you:

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in processing large volumes of work with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence making frequent outbound calls and client engagement
  • Finance/reconciliation experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment or autonomously
  • Computer literacy – Ability to navigate different software and dashboards, confident with using
  • Microsoft Excel (ability to confidently use, maintain and develop spreadsheets, including use of formulas and functions required. Not required, but desirable would be experience with VLookup and Pivot tables)
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • SAP systems (experience desirable, but not required)
